Do I have to be vaccinated to attend an in-person screening?

Yes! We require to show a physical proof (or image copy) of COVID-19 vaccination. We also required a mask mandate while inside the Paramount Theater and within the Bright Family Screening Room. Will there be close or open captioning for the screenings?

For all films, we will be using close captions. For trailers and Zoom conversations we will be using open captions.

Will there be a descriptive audio screening for Spring 2022?

We will only have one descriptive audio screening this season for Spencer on February 24th, 2022 at 7PM. Tickets will become available on the day of event at 12PM at the Box Office and on the ArtsEmerson website.

How many seats are in the Bright Light Family Screening Room?

We have 174 seats.

When does seating start?

The doors open at 6:30PM on the day of show. The screenings will start promptly at 7PM, where a discussion will follow after. Discussions tend to last an hour.

Do I need an ArtsEmerson account to acquire a ticket?

Yes, in order to register for a free screening or purchase access to a paid one, you will need to create an account on artsemerson.org. 

I’ve forgotten my ArtsEmerson.org password. How do I reset it?

Click here or on the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen to reset your password. Enter your email address and you will be emailed a temporary password. If you run into any further issues, please contact the Box Office.
