We want to say a special thank you to our judges, for taking the time to read, view, and parse through the dozens of submissions we received and selecting our winners.
Prizes awarded are subject to U.S. tax reporting requirements. Any Emerson student that is awarded a taxable prize and who has been or will be present in the U.S. during this tax year, will be issued a 1042-S and will be subject to tax withholding and reporting obligations, in accordance with IRS requirements. However, neither U.S. presence nor U.S. employment authorization is required in order to earn a prize.
