The article explores the disproportionately high rates of HIV among Black gay and bisexual men in the United States and concludes that structural barriers, such as lack of access to healthcare, affordability issues, and social stigma and discrimination, are the primary drivers of the HIV disparities faced by the Black queer community, and addressing these inequities is crucial to improving health outcomes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
