Community Invited to March in Pride Parade

Emerson College is participating in the Boston Pride Parade for the third year in a row. After a great showing the past two years with about 50 participants each year, eQual—the LGBTQ employee resource group—has secured a spot in this year’s parade and now we need YOU! All LGBTQ and allied staff, faculty, students, alumni, family, and friends are welcome to march in this annual parade that celebrates the LGBTQ community and their allies. In addition to having a great time, you will receive a FREE T-shirt!

This year’s parade is Saturday, June 10, at noon. If you’d like to march with the Emerson group, meet on Fairfield Street by the CVS located at 240 Newbury Street by 12:30 pm. We hope that many of you join us and represent Emerson as a great place for LGBTQ students, employees, and their allies to study and work.
