- Jennifer Rogers, conference and events manager for Campus Services, has been promoted to associate director of customer relations and events. She will continue with her existing responsibilities, including event strategy development, planning, and production for a portfolio of high-profile, signature events identified as strategic priorities by College leadership. In her new role, she will work collaboratively with divisional staff, external vendors, and students. She will also partner with Bon Appetit to enhance the dining and catering experiences. Since joining Emerson in 2019, Rogers has been instrumental in planning events during the academic year. She was also a member of the COVID planning committee, working with 300+ vendors on test reporting, contact tracing, and symptom monitoring, as well as overseeing the Tufts site supervisors.
