Sharon Duffy (Student Success) presented at the Times Inside Higher Education Student Success Summit at the University of Tennessee Knoxville on October 30. The presentation topic was “Aligning Student and Institutional Definitions of Success.” Eric Dusseault and Seth Grue (Student Success) also attended the summit.

Fitness Center Opens in New Location

Award of Excellence Nominations
Nominations for the November Award of Excellence are due by November 20. Please consider writing a nomination to celebrate someone who has positively impacted you, your department or the Emerson community. The nomination should include:
- Specific information illustrating how the person made a positive impact;
- Highlights of particular challenges, actions taken, results or goals met, or consistent behavior you would like to recognize;
- How this staff member or team demonstrated excellence in their work or interactions and how they stand out.
