This year’s Staff Appreciation Event, held on May 29 in the Lion’s Den, was well-attended and lots of fun with tacos, drinks, and live music. President Jay Bernhardt gave brief remarks, thanking everyone for their hard work and joking that unfortunately the College wouldn’t be recognizing those who had completed their first year of service that day. He then handed off the mic to Jamie Montgomery-Hyde (HR) (who was himself celebrating his fifth year at Emerson). Montgomery-Hyde presented certificates to employees celebrating 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 years of service. Congrats to all of the honorees!
