Women’s History Month – March 2025

March is Women’s History Month in the United States, and March 8 was International Women’s Day. Join us as we celebrate all women, including cis, trans, and femme, this month and always.

The 2025 theme for Women’s History Month, as chosen by the National Women’s Alliance, is Moving Forward Together! Women Educating & Inspiring Generations.

At Emerson, we believe in the legacy of generational knowledge and the strength of the collective. We hold onto lessons learned as we set our aspirations for the future. Our student, staff, and faculty organizations thrive because of the wisdom that is passed from one generation to another. These beliefs are echoed in the theme of this year’s Women’s History Month.

Thank you to the women and femmes who contribute to our thriving community, generation after generation, this month and all year long.
