1630 family members descended upon the main Emerson campus a week ago for the annual Family Weekend event. Here are some more figures:
- 379 families of first-year students attended
- 28 families of Comedic Arts students attended
- 11 families were unsure of their student’s major
- Close to 600 tickets were sold in advance for the Emerson Stage production of “Incorruptible”
- 70 people whooped it up colonial-style at the Tea Party Museum “Huzzah” event
- 448 people attended the President’s Address on Sunday morning
- 13 faculty members came to campus on a Saturday morning to give a wonderfully eclectic variety of mini-lectures to parents and family members
- 1 happy Family Weekend Committee got a good night’s sleep on Sunday!
