Welcome to Emerson College! I hope you are enjoying getting to know your new peers and are settling in nicely.
You’ve probably found the Emerson Sustainability travel mug in your welcome packet by now. Using your new mug at campus locations will give you a 20 percent discount on coffee, tea, and soft drinks, so be sure to keep it with you!
As you get acquainted with the College, here are some resources to help you navigate sustainability on campus:
- Be sure to consider applying to become an Eco Ambassador on campus. This is a paid student employment opportunity! You can find more information here.
- Wondering where to put your apple core or cardboard box? Check out the waste guide on our website.
- Consider getting involved in the Sustainability Action Planning process. We are just beginning a year-long planning process to set a roadmap for the College to achieve our 2030 goals. Read more here and apply to join a working group here. Keep an eye on this blog for other ways to get involved.
