Next ORCS Workshop: “How to Search for Funding Opportunities” (Friday, March 6, 11-12 via Zoom)
The Office of Research and Creative Scholarship will be hosting its next workshop for faculty on Fridayt, March 6 from 11:00 to 12:00 (Eastern) via Zoom.
How to Search for Funding Opportunities is designed for all faculty interested in learning about tools, techniques, and resources for finding grant opportunities for their work.
Designed for both new and current faculty (full or part-time), workshop participants will:
- Learn what grantseeking tools are available to you as Emerson faculty and how to use them
- Participate in a demonstration of Proquest Pivot, a funding opportunities database accessible with Emerson credentials.
- Learn about how you can work with ORCS once you’ve identified a funding opportunity
- Understand how Emerson supports faculty grantseeking
Those who wish to attend are asked to register ahead of time here. The presentation will last about 50 minutes, and time will be reserved at the end for any questions. We hope to see you there.
