Favorite part of Pub Club: I love getting to be really, super, nerdily passionate about books and the industry with people who get me and don’t judge me for it!
Craziest Pub Club memory: Editorial night this semester was a wild(e) ride. As one of the head editors at Wilde Press, we do our entire editorial process in one night, and I was editing from 7 PM until 2 AM. There’s a video of me and Britt (my assistant editor) walking out of Walker at 2:22 completely delusional but so happy.
Why do you love publishing?: I am a logical person who loves creativity but needs to balance it with execution. Publishing is the perfect median for someone like me. Also, books are pretty darn great.
Patronus: Don’t hate me but I’ve always thought my patronus was an otter. I know that’s Hermione’s and everyone wants to be here (understandably) but I’ve always identified with otters. Cuddly, loves water, and content napping on a sunny day. If not an otter, probably a dog of some sort.
