Favorite part of Pub Club: My favorite part of Pub Club is watching all the different teams come together to create the amazing books we’ve worked so hard on for an entire semester.
Craziest Pub Club memory: During the author interview this semester, we learned that one of our authors, Sahalie, grew up on a sheep farm. Hearing her tell stories about that was awesome, and it took everyone by surprise.
Why do you love publishing?: I’ve always loved books, but, as I was thinking about college, I realized that I didn’t really want to write them; I wanted to help them get made. Publishing is how we get books, and that makes it the most amazing thing in the world.
Patronus: My patronus is a hippopotamus. I’m not sure exactly why. Maybe it’s their adorable, rotund figure. Maybe it’s their pink sweat. Maybe it’s the fact that they’re the most deadly land animal in Africa. Who can say, really?
